## Not on this site

- **Humana**: Its price files have not been available since its August 2026 cycle: the address it gives returns nothing. We check again every month.
- **Blue Cross Blue Shield of Hawaii (HMSA), Nebraska and Puerto Rico**: Built from the network files the Blue plans share, but the results look incomplete (no office visits for Hawaii, one small file for Nebraska, prices too low to trust for Puerto Rico), so they wait to be built from their own files.
- **SelectHealth (Utah)**: Its files list about a million provider groups but attach prices to almost none of them.
- **Priority Health (Michigan)**: Its own files hold hospital prices only, not doctors' fees.
- **Smaller regional insurers**: Not all of them are here yet. They are being added, starting with those selling plans in Ohio.
