By health system

The chosen price across each system's hospitals in the area.

Prices come from the machine-readable standard-charge files each hospital must publish (45 CFR 180), dated 2025-03-17 to 2026-10-29. A negotiated rate is what an insurer pays the hospital, not what you owe: your deductible, copay and coinsurance decide that. "Typical" is the median across insurers. The cash price is the hospital's discounted price for paying without insurance; the gross charge is its list price. Some hospitals state part of their insurer pricing only as a percentage of charges or a formula; those rates have no dollar figure and are not shown. A grey ring is a hospital with no price for this procedure; click it to see why.
